ODMS OF "GCS "SAKHALIN"
The “Idle” commissioning set of works in terms of the information database and integration with the ODMS lower-level systems of Sakhalin GCS (including integration of automated power consumption measurement system) of the facility included in the construction: “Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok main gas pipeline” (1 start-up complex)
As part of this project, a set of works was carried out to create the dispatch control systems of Sakhalin facilities.
Scope of work:
- application software was developed and configured based on SCADA PSI;
- commissioning was carried out;
- operational documentation was developed;
- operating personnel were trained to work with SCADA PSI.
