Development of design solutions for automated systems
INTEGRATED PLANT OF RESIDUAL OIL VACUUM DISTILLATION AND TAR VISBREAKING PM-3 WITH COMMON FACILITIES
As part of this project, the “turnkey” work was carried out to introduce the process control system and computer training complex (CTC) at Afipsky Oil Refinery LLC in order to automate the enterprise management system, increase the efficiency of informing the on-site duty-dispatching services and train operational and technical personnel to control the Process Control System of the combined installation of residual oil vacuum distillation and visbreaking of tar PM-3 (CIROVD&VT PM-3) "Afipsky oil refinery".
Scope of work:
- Design, detailed design and operational documentation has been developed;
- application software has been developed and configured;
- commissioning was carried out and the facility was commissioned;
- Personnel have been trained to work with CTC CIROVD&VT PM-3

Afipsky Oil Refinery LLC is one of the dynamically developing enterprises with a highly qualified team. It has advanced process equipment which allows it to process about 500,000 tons of crude oil per month, while all the norms and requirements of industrial safety and environment are observed. Afipsky Oil Refinery LLC makes a significant social and economic contribution to the development of Kuban.
